The activities of the second day of the Bootcamp at the National Higher School of Built and Groundworks Engineering concluded today, extending the positive momentum that has marked the program since its inception; a momentum bringing together learning, interaction, experience-sharing, and inspiration.

This second day further consolidated the program’s core objective, namely supporting individuals in the process of transforming their innovative ideas into viable, scalable ventures capable of creating value.

The program featured intensive training and practical components, combining theoretical presentations, hands-on workshops, and simulation exercises, particularly in the areas of Pitch, Business Model, Pilot Project, and Business Plan.

This stage was also marked by an enriching contribution delivered by Professor Hamid Oukab, consultant and trainer in Agile, Scrum, and project management, certified Scrum coach, and expert in strategy and transformation management, with more than 25 years of experience in supporting institutions and organizations in adopting modern approaches to organization, agility, and project management.

Through this Bootcamp, the National Higher School of Built and Groundworks Engineering reaffirms its commitment to embedding an entrepreneurial culture among students, enhancing their competencies in project creation, strengthening their personal and leadership abilities, and encouraging innovation in sectors of priority for Algeria.

This represents a promising collective dynamic, bringing together the efforts of students, trainers, experts, and partners, with the aim of supporting the emergence of ventures that are concrete, structured, and capable of generating genuine value.
