As part of ongoing efforts to regularize the legal/land status of the property allocated for the expansion of the National Higher School of Public Works, particularly for the construction of new lecture halls and classrooms to support pedagogical facilities and improve students’ learning conditions, the School welcomed today, Wednesday 29 January 2026, a delegation from the Municipality of El Kouba.

The delegation was led by Mr. President of the Municipal People’s Assembly, accompanied by the elected members and members of the municipality’s technical committee. They carried out an on-site inspection of the concerned land plots, where these educational facilities are planned to be built.

This visit forms part of the joint coordination between the School’s administration and local authorities, with the aim of speeding up the administrative and technical procedures required to bring the project into effect, thereby improving training conditions and providing a suitable university environment that meets the needs of both students and faculty members.

On this occasion, the School’s administration reiterates its ongoing commitment to strengthening cooperation with various local partners, in the interest of the institution and its students, and in support of the development of higher education and scientific research.
