Today, February 23, 2026, a meeting was held as part of a small/limited committee to discuss the launch of the overall plan for deploying the Quality Management System (QMS/SMQ) at the National Higher School of Public Works (ENSTP).

The discussion focused on the following points:

  • Project governance, with particular emphasis on the need to:

    • Establish a Steering Committee (COPIL) to lead the QMS deployment process, chaired by the School Director;
    • Form a Project Team as an operational body responsible for designing, implementing, and rolling out the QMS;
    • Appoint a Project Manager, responsible for operational coordination.
  • Organizing an institutional event in mid-April 2026, representing a key and structuring milestone in the project. This day will serve as:

    • The official and ceremonial launch of the project;
    • Awareness-raising for stakeholders;
    • Clarifying the stakes and challenges;
    • Presenting the overall QMS deployment plan.
  • Finally, the need to ensure regular communication about the project to enhance its visibility, promote it, and secure stakeholder engagement.
