February 14th, 2026 was a day full of activity and vitality, highlighted by the participation of students from the National Higher School of Public Works in the events of the 16th edition of the National University Mountain Hiking Day, as well as the 9th National Photography Exhibition, all within an atmosphere of excellent organization and strong enthusiasm.
The morning program began with participants heading to the national park, where a tree-planting campaign was organized in coordination with the relevant authorities—an environmental initiative aimed at promoting a culture of nature preservation and reinforcing positive ecological behavior among students.
During the same period, the mountain hiking event started simultaneously with the photography competition. Participants covered the designated route amid breathtaking natural scenery, embodying a spirit of challenge and cooperation, while creatively capturing moments that reflected the beauty of the location and the essence of the event.
This event saw the participation of more than 40 university institutions from various regions of the country, helping to foster interaction and connection between universities, higher schools, and university services directorates—an image that reflects unity within the academic community and a spirit of collaboration among its members.
The day concluded with the distribution of participation certificates to the heads of delegations, along with awards for the top winners of the photography competition, in the presence of the university community of the Tissemsilt University City, in a festive and distinguished atmosphere.
